1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

It must be in the original packaging

The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Items marked as final sale or clearance

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Items returned without prior authorization

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First, check your bank account again

Then contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@sumayyahshop.site with your order details.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
